About me
Hi! My name is Cristiana – Oana and I am a human being experiencing life. 🙂
Elementara is a way of sharing from this experience: the things I learn or remember, the people I meet, the thoughts that have the potential of showing a different way of looking at things, the harmony I see around.
After a long time of structuring and restructuring this platform, it took the shape you see today – three main areas:
- Declutter
- Build up
- Expand
One thing that brings peace of mind to me is structure. In the sense of… things being arranged in a way that makes sense. A way that gives you space to breathe, to be. The less noise we make, the more space we have to listen (to ourselves). And this is the purpose of this platform: to hold space for silently breathing.

Why beauty?
If you observe anything around you that brings a feeling of being able to breathe, it has a certain beauty – a glow. Think of Masaru Emoto’s frozen water experiments: the harmonious crystals were beautiful; a pine cone; a tree; an animal; a butterfly; a person full of life; an object made with love and care; a cloud; a mountain; and the list goes on.
They exude beauty.
Beauty is strength. Presence. Honesty. Simplicity. In its complexity, beauty is simple.
The more we simplify our lives, the more beauty we allow in.
Elementara is what you need it to be.
For me… it’s a breath of fresh air. When I say it in my mind, it brings a sense of calm. It allows me to simply be.
