About me

I am a Yin Earth person according to Chinese astrology (BaZi). Which, translated from BaZi language, means that I am someone who:

  • tends to move slowly (to the despair of my partner and some friends who are fast-paced)
  • observes more than speaks (my partner is Italian, so that makes it a looot easier when we go out to dinner)
  • finds beauty in the pauses and holds space for things to take shape
  • likes to support others quietly, often working behind the scenes to help people grow (the fact that I am writing this publicly it takes me waaaay out my comfort zone)
  • cares deeply about community ethics, loyalty, and shared values
  • thrives in long-term planning, strategy and behind-the-scenes operations
sees business in terms of trust, integrity and meaningful connections, rather than profit (not to diminish its importance, but it takes on the 2nd place)
  • creates safe, grounded spaces for people and projects to grow.

I love to watch movies (and to cry at them), especially romantic comedies and cartoons (The Smurfs!). I love elves, fairies, dragons and sheep. 🙂

I believe in coherence, in rhythm, in relationships that make you feel like your soul can breathe at its own peace.

In a period where I felt I had no direction or purpose (which is hard to cope with for a person with Yin Earth as a Day Master), while watching “A Man Called Otto”, a spark lit inside of me and I remembered I had always wanted to study Feng Shui (this word appears quite a lot in the movie). That spark illuminated my being and my new journey began. From Feng Shui, which I had some notions about, I stumbled into BaZi, which I never heard of. And this opened the door to my new life. Even if nothing changed on the outside (apparently), everything changed inside: the way I saw myself, others, time, purpose, even silence.

For example, I was a “waiter”. Waited for the right time. For more knowledge. For things to be perfect.
And then BaZi showed me that this was one of the exact patterns blocking my growth. I understood that action, not perfection, is what unlocks flow.

So I chose to begin.

Elementara vision

I envision a realm where we allow ourselves to be who we truly are.
A place where we can be honest with ourselves and with others.
Where beauty plays an important role.

Why beauty?
If you observe anything around you that brings a feeling of being able to breathe, it has a certain beauty – a glow. Think of Masaru Emoto’s frozen water experiments: the harmonious crystals were beautiful; a pine cone; a tree; an animal; a butterfly; a person full of life; an object made with love and care; a cloud; a mountain; and the list goes on.
They exude beauty.

Beauty is strength. Presence. Honesty. Simplicity. In its complexity, beauty is simple.
The more we simplify our lives, the more beauty we allow in.

Elementara is what you need it to be.
For me… it’s a breath of fresh air. When I say it in my mind, it brings a sense of calm. It allows me to simply be.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a quiet ache, a knowing that the way we’ve been taught to live doesn’t fit who we are. Maybe we’re not here to push harder or perform better. Maybe we’re here to remember. Reconnect. Re-root.

I believe that when enough of us return to living in alignment with what truly matters, we will catalyze a shift so powerful it will dissolve old paradigms from the inside out.

Elementara came as a response to this realisation: that we are not broken; only disconnected. Elementara is, above all, a frequency of connection. If you feel it, you’re already a part of it. 🙂

Elementara exists because:

  • belonging makes a difference
  • there is power in stillness and in being seen
  • connection matters
  • coherence nourishes more than performance
  • we’re not meant to do this alone (in any realm)
  • BaZi is the doorway, not the destination.

Elementara is a living space where remembrance meets renewal. I envision a world where people return to their own rhythm; where harmony is found in the correct relationship (with yourself, with others, with time and with the unseen).

Elementara stands for:

  • inner coherence instead of outer perfection
  • connection as medicine
  • ancient tools in a modern voice
  • space for becoming without needing to perform
  • beauty as frequency and guide
  • grounded transformation, aligned with Earth’s wisdom

It could represent:
– The elements that form the foundation of Tara (Gaia, the Earth, etc.)
– Or “elementary” (my dear Watson 😊)

As we all need to start somewhere, our first step on this journey is represented by the energetic impulses infused into our being at birth. In Chinese metaphysics, these impulses are translated into the five elements – Water, Earth, Fire, Wood, and Metal – and their Yin/Yang polarity. In other systems, you may find them represented by planets (Western and Vedic astrology), Gene Keys (Human Design), moon cycles and natural archetypes (Celtic traditions), etc.

I chose the Chinese system because it resonates most deeply with me. I’ve explored other frameworks too, but they didn’t quite “click”. This one, from the very first minutes, made perfect sense. It just fits. So, this is the first brick I’m laying. The rest… we build together, guided by what life presents to us along the way.

Bottom line:
Elementara is a frequency.
A call to remember who we are, how we live, and why we’re here.

BaZi is the door, but the deeper invitation is to re-root in essence, to live in harmony, and to move toward personal and collective integrity.
